I was searching very hard for a specific watch for an anniversary gift to my wife. None of the dealers in my area had what I needed, and I found the item at Luxury Watches in NYC. Being on the west coast, I was a little nervous about buying it without seeing it first. I reached out, expressed my concern, and Tanya got back to me with everything I needed to know and provided me with the specific pictures I wanted of the watch. She worked with me on pricing, overnighted it, followed up to make sure it was what I wanted, and the watch was nicer than I imagined. I was incredibly thrilled and very impressed. Everything about the watch was accurately represented. Tanya was so good about getting back to me and giving me honest and accurate information. Sourced a mint condition, hard-to-find vintage Aquanaut.  Very happy with the watch.  Vlad & Aly were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, both during the initial emails/texts and then in their showroom.
